I've only seen one white girl with a big butt. In my opinion, usually mexican or african americans have huge ones.

African American's are known for big butts and they are proud of it. I think anyone can have big butts though.

Yup, you're right in saying that it depends upon you're race coz based on my own experience white girls heve always that big butts whereas some asian/s i've met have that small and low. . .
