I bought a Hundai Bidet modification kit, that you add to your regular toilet. It goes under the seat, with a little knob on the left to squirt the water.
I got it on ebay for about $40, and it's the best thing ever.
I wish they were everywhere. You get much cleaner, and I am saving lots of money on toilet paper!
I got a second one for my other bathroom.

They should require them at restaurants too, because this way, nobody gets poo on their hands, then goes back to cook your food! Yikes!
