melanoma , fool .

no

you mean cancer beds , no i don`t .

no i dont bother

Never & I always go away in winter, why bother, nobody's interested in your tan & it soon fades away.

never been to one

Absolutely not - it's just not worth it - go for an air tan instead sounds much safer. Have a nice hol!!

Definitely not.

Yes, I have & this is in fact the one time that doctors would recommend using them. By getting a base tan before going on holiday/vacation, you reduce the risk of burning.

I never used one and don't intend to either. They can cause permanent damage to your skin and even cause cancer to be activated. Use a spray on tan or one out of a bottle. You will look just as nice and will be protecting your health. Use a high protection factor sunscreen also when on holiday. You don't want to look a really nicely tanned corpse

I used to, then I realised what i was doing to my skin - so sunbeds are a no no now in my book and I now use a high factor cream instead of the factor 4 oils when abroad. You cant replace your skin - look after it.

I don't use sunbeds.

no; never. i also do not go on holiday- i take a vacation.

God, no. I would never use a sunbed. I would rather make a little extra effort and use fake tan. Any kind of tan is actually damaged skin - it doesn't matter if you are burnt or not.

I got a dark tan / burn on my chest one summer after going out with no lotion on. For about a year afterwards, the skin on my cleavage was ever-so slightly wrinkled!!! I was only 21!! I also got some sun damage freckles on my shoulders, which luckily are very feint and there are only a few. But it made me realise the damage that the sun can do.

If you must get a tan, the safest way is to do it gradually.

If you must go on a sunbed, do it once and only once. If you do it once or twice, in between hot holidays, every year, you are going to damage your skin.

Fake tans have become so easy to apply and so much more realistic in colour that I really can't understand anyone who wants to age their skin prematurely now. My best friend and I both use He-Shi tan and we've both been asked loads of times if we've been away on holiday and people always look truly amazed when we tell them what we use. So many of our friends have gone out and bought it after we've told them. It gives a very natural colour and most importantly, it's totally safe.

Tanning beds are very 1995.

No, we just go in our touring caravan for the occasional weekends away and maybe one weeks holiday later in the year. We don't get the warm weather here in the UK to use sunbeds.

No way. I would rather use fake tan than use a sunbed and be increasing the risk of exposing myself to premature ageing and skin cancer.

No, but I use the suntan in a bottle lotions. It builds up a nice bit of colour and when I'm on holiday, I load up on sunscreen.

NO!! I go and get a tan when I get there!! I glow in the dark for awhile but it doesn't take long to get a little colour. lol ?

No they are real cancer beds and ruin the texture of your skin permanently.
