There was a guy in front of me at a store that was mentally challenged, and he didn't have enough money to pay for what he was buying. I gave the clerk the money that he was short. It made me feel good all day.
Picked up bags from an airport conveyor for an elderly couple and put them on a trolley for them.
Bags were heavy!!
talked to them for an hour on the bus
I went out of my way to say hi to them and ask how there day was, then a conversation started
Paid bus fare, lent them my moby to ring someone, gave money to a few homeless people, thats it l think!

Helped a Many elderly people at the store read labels and reach things for them . Helped my husband friend who I have never met stay with us when he had no place to go.
