They disappear when their accounts are deleted. Don't they ?

I have a weed out every few weeks or so, as I usually have noticed that one or two are not appearing anymore.
Generally about 4 or 5 every 3 weeks or so.
I never get an account passed level 4 so this one will be sitting on a couple of lists for a while doing nothing, lmao!
Not very many as I went through today and kicked some off and flushed my fans out.
I am bad about keeping everyone on there..I try to sometimes look and see who is not there anymore..but I don't like the feeling.
I am much better about keeping my block list updated.
