I have found myself in this situation like soooooo many times recently.

it took a long time getting rid of myself...i wont even look in the mirror in case i might be there...i wont even answer the door in case its me....the mail i might get ..i mark it...no longer at this address........this is not ...seamanab....have a nice day
I tried my best but could not find myself
start swimming to the surface baby....and keep on swimming...
keep looking or take a deep breath and say I know where I am good luck in finding yourself :)

When you figer it out please please let me know.......I've been lost for a very long time now and I'm starting to get really worried about myself
I know....the feeling of being lost or like also...what are you suppose to do?(in life)...
...just relax....get your bearings from where you are .....and start going in a direction....and with who and what you come across go from there....
you will find some helpful things along the way...to help yourself and maybe you get lucky and meet some really nice people who can help you too!
this is how I always get my bearings.... I wear a chain around my neck with a shoe on it. If the shoe is comfortably nestled between my two "pillows" then I'm all good. If the shoe is in my hair, I 'm upside down and I need to turn around. This method of finding my direction seems to keep me straight
I am the exact opposite, I am desperately trying to lose myself, but no matter what I do, I'm always there. I'm getting quite annoying too.
