Why does everyone hate valentines day??!
Question: i've been seeing a lot of hate on here towards valentines day and i don't really get why?..i mean so what if u don't have anyone to spend it with ..i'm single and it don't bother me any, is it really that big of a deal to get upset over??

Good question. Even when I've been single, I didn't "hate" Valentine's Day. Seems pointless to get all upset over something so insignificant. It's a holiday. Either choose to celebrate it, or ignore it.

nah, some people are just bitter and i guess it points that out that their alone. nothing wrong with being alone, im single and love it. but being bitter and alone is a diff thing.
its just 12 hours of a day with balloons and cards nothin to get upset over

Maybe because of bad experieces or Valentine's Day is just not them. It's not my style.
it just seems pointless for those who have no one.. or like a slap in the face and a good look at what you dont have. i dont really care its just one day how bad can it really be but i know thats how some people feel.
I hate that you have to pay big bucks to buy me flowers one day a year to tell me you love me. It should be year round.

if you not got anyone for valentines day its just another day, no need to get pissed off with it, unless you hate that everyone else is happy while you cry yourself to sleep again on the cold concrete floor. but it don't bother me.
