I sometimes have problems sleeping, not because I have problems or anything but I always change the way I sleep so I decided to find out how you sleep and what ways I should be sleeping.
i narrowed it down to a few options:
- With your hands under your pillow ( 1 pillow ) with your head above
- With your hands under your pillows ( 2 pillows ) with your head above
- With your hands between your pillows ( 2 pillow ) with your head above
- Without a pillow
- With your hands above you pillow ( 1 pillow ) with your head above
- With your hands by your sides ( 1 pillow ) with your head above your pillow
- Other ( explain )

I have two pillows tilted straight up, resting on a third pillow, then my hands hold on or rest on blankets that I scrunch up next to me, since I sleep on my side. It works for me . . . but I'm not expert.

sometimes, though, when I have a cold, I sleep on my back and my arms and hands are to my sides but to the sides of my head, seems weird but for some reason it helps me breath
