On Saturday, my wife and I went for a walk with our Alsatian dog.
We stopped at a pub and a drunk started up a conversation [i use the term loosely]
We were polite to him but when he asked if he could kiss the wife - we both declined
he then wanted to kiss the dog!
We warned him that the dog was very protective of the wife and felt it better that he kept his distance -
He chose to ignore us and discovered to his cost that Alsatians do not like to be molested by strangers
