A shortage of curry chefs is great news to me. Most restaurants in urban Britain are now these awful curry houses. People just want to get Brahms and Liszt and guzzle the awful, smelly fayre on offer. A sober person would never look at it. Would there be any point in Gordon Ramsay opening a restaurant in Bolton, Wigan, Warrington, etc? NO! The places (the town centres at least) have no class. Beer, curry/kebab is the preferred food there now.
