What simple pleasures keep you happy in your life?!
Question: Watching my little grandchildren learn how to do something and seeing how proud they are when they do learn it.
My little grandson who is almost six, has been trying to learn to whistle. He came running through my door last week and started whistling. He was so proud.
His 4 year sister had been learning to snap her fingers, she practiced and practiced now she can snap them so good. She had her Daddy take the training wheels off her bike a couple of days ago. She hasn't learned how to ride it yet but I'm sure she will soon.
They both learned to read very quickly. I was very proud of that.
Daisey's make me happy, seeing butterflies on the flowers I planted for them. Watching the birds eat from the bird feeder.
I am going to have twin grandsons in April. That will make me happy. Their big brother and sister are the ones I talked about above. They have another brother who just turned 3.
I think people make their own happiness. Some people just don't know how to be happy. A person has to learn to smile and sing more and they will find they are happier.
