I had to for awhile.
I had local drunks passed out in front of the apartment builing alot and one night I left my to-go food container from going out to eat on top of my car and when I went out to get it, someone else already stole it and was eating it. I figured they needed it more that I did.
nope but I can see the ghetto because I live ontop of a bluff that looks down on it
