Question: I've always imagined sacrificing myself so that another can continue to live, so I think that I would. Even if it's a complete stranger who I have only recently met, all life is extremely precious to me.

Honestly, I probably wouldn't consider whether or not I was about to die. If I saw someone who was drowning or caught in a burning car, etc., I would just immediately run over and try to help. It's just that in those situations, you don't have TIME to think, Gee, I might die if I do this. -- you just do it.
