Why do we assume that we'll know when we've changed the world?!

Question: that's a very good question. the world today is too fragmented and too "instant" (the time somehow ticks faster because of the T.V. and Internet) for us to be able to digest every little change we're going through. however, we have access to the big picture when we think using, for instance, decades as measures.

  • We should never assume anything in life!

Because, we know that we only have so long to do it in and we want to save a little time to gloat and brag about it with our friends before the realization comes crashing down upon us that we have even more to do in life.
