Time for bed and time to rise -- a poll?!
Question: What time do you go to bed and what time does your FIRST alarm go off? I started a new job and have to be there very very early --- my first alarm goes off at 4 a.m. and I keep promising I'll go to bed earlier but I don't and end up exhausted.....plus I review medical records all day on a computer at work and OMG, my eyes start getting cross-eyed. The problem is, there's always something good I want to watch PLUS I'm addicted to Yahoo QA....lol

i go to bed when my daughter goes to bed around 7:30 or 8. And she is my alarm at 12:00 and 5:00. and then no more sleep tell the next night
I dont sleep good at all, so usually bedtime is around midnight with falling asleep occurring closer to 1am. Im up at 5:30am for work. 1st alarm goes off and I get up
I go to bed around 10 and get up at 6:45.
