Will we only really know what we've accomplished after we're gone?!
Question: The retrospective? Don't most of us go over what we have and haven't done sooner than that? I think the after death gleaning is more for the added awareness of what our actions brought about that we were completely unaware of at the time...especially in reference to others.

I pay close attention to each thing every day. Conversations with strangers, paths that I take to work or school, everything. I know I change lives just by being me and sometimes by saying a few simple words that I might not think anything of at the time....and I know other people change mine too. Everything happens for a reason.
So, with that being said, I want to know what I'm accomplishing now so I can accomplish more, hence, I'm very observant in life. And whatever else, maybe I'm just not meant to know ;)
i think that we dont realize what we have until it is gone because we are so busy trying to accomplish things that we dont realize that we already have... we just are moving in such a fast pace that we are not letting our achievements and accomplishments catch up...
no, we know what we have accomplished every time someone smiles in your presence, or when someone tell you they love you.
all those happy moments count now. they are just something for people to remember you by when ur gone
Accomplishments are not for us to judge, but rather for others to recognize.
