technically it's not running a light. yellow means caution, it doesn't mean stop :)

GREEN - GO
YELLOW - GO FASTER
Yes- Who Doesn't, I even run red lights sometimes, after stopping first
you cant get a ticket for running a yellow light...it means proceed with caution.most of the time it means speed up for me
