i just keep in touch with all of my frendz even if i havnt seen them for like 4 years now. its hard but we still keep in touch. ur supposed 2 like ur frends not hate them/ forget them

No, because it will just make you feel bad - try and concentrate on the friends you still have. Think of all the good things about them. There are reasons you have distanced yourself from others and it's not worth dwelling on, because they obviously weren't good enough to deserve your friendship. There ARE people out there who are looking for someone like you as a friend! :)
I've lost track of stacks of them and no idea on the numbers. They just kindof drift in and out of my life a lot, and a few stick around - maybe 5% tops.
