Do you ever feel as if it's a little bit better to travel than to arrive?!

Question: The path you take, the journey you make can define the destination.

Answers: The path you take, the journey you make can define the destination.

Sometimes, yeah. Getting there is half the fun, right?

Absolutely. I love traveling and sometimes the hype you put on an event...it just doesn't equal the reality. So ya, sometimes the travel is better than the destination.

yes, especially when I have to get home and face two crazy kittens messing with my kitchen:)

Sometimes. Arriving always include getting pissed off at the other travelers, finding your luggage, and it's even worse if you go out of country. Then it's damned immigration. THEN, at the hotel, it takes forever to check in, then you need to find your room, get settled, call your family and tell them you're alive.

At which point I go to the bar and have myself a well-deserved drink.

I love to travel. The "arrival" is great in bed, however. I enjoy it as much as the "travel" to get there.

no dear I always look forward to the destination, be it my cabin or the islands in the Pacific

Yeah, this past Christmas i went from Florida to new york, passing through all the states on the way up, it was great, i loved passing and seeing new places and it was beautiful. the coming back though was horrible, even if it went by pretty fast, but 15 hours straight in the car was no fun on the way back (we got to entertained and lost track of the days).
but yeah i love traveling.....

i like travelling by car far away from my place... i'm never tired of touring except when climate is bad..after a successful trip arrival is more satisfying.. everyone likes to return home after a successful trip..

No, the arrival is what I'm longing for....
