Do try to find some time to relax - I did even when I was away and it did me the world of good.Sometimes a change is as good as a rest so even a change of routine can help if you can arrange it!
P.S. Even an hour or so sitting in a churchyard even in the city can be relaxing - just find a nice spot and relax for an hour and watch the birds and so on.xx
