Which do you think is more difficult...forgiving ones self or others?!

I think both can be very difficult depending on the situation.
I personally find it harder to forgive myself. Basically I just seem to 'beat myself up' until someone else comes along and says "don't do that, you've done nothing wrong" or something similar. Whereas I'd forgive someone else (if they were deserving of course as there are always exceptions) in a heartbeat

Definitely forgiving ones self...and yet, how can we forgive others if we don't forgive ourselves...it's a conundrum.

GOOD Question! =( It probably depends, but for me - it's proven to be more difficult to forgive myself, and I AM a Christian.
I have to admit to having days where I SAY that I've forgiven 2 particular people from my past, however, but I still find myself recalling those events and just not letting the memories go... =(
More difficult to forgive others. You can hold a grudge against another for years on end, who do know that holds a grudge against themselves?
