In a guy, I look for these things: personality, a sense of humor, talents/skills, his ability to comprimise, smarts, kindness, how much I can trust him, honesty, eyes, hair, hygene, likes/dislikes/pet peeves, his smile and looks.
Someone who is kind, considerate, understanding, intelligent, gentle, cam have a good conversation, can treat me like a lady, & who I am campatible with.

if a little 7 year old boy walks up to me he'll say Shes taken or something most men i know wont do that and he will have to be romantic and have a job and look nice makes me feel warm when he smiles and everything

Personality-wise?
Caring, not afraid to show his love for someone, will fight for himself and his friends, strong-minded but willing to compromise, good sense of humor but knows when to be serious, adventurous, will take care of me and let me take care of him in return, supports me but tells me if he thinks something I did was wrong (tells me in a nice way of course and helps me fix it).
Doesn't always choose me over his friends.
I need to see that he's loyal to everyone.
Doesn't have to be that smart academically as long as he's smart in other ways.
Good taste in music.

Has friends that are girls.
That way I know he can understand me better.
