What do you do if your embarassed/scared?!
Question: tomorrow i have this presentation me and my friend did and we had to put it onto a DVD, now my friend won't be in class tomorrow and i think its really crappy and people will most likely laugh. i don't wanna go through with it really but i can't miss school for something as stupid as that. its only 2 minutes, but i get so stressed out and embarassed easily so idk what to do.
Any tips or things you can advise me to do?

well man no sweat when they laugh laugh along just think about what you like to do thinkabout jeff hardy (ur pic lol) or something cool man just dont waste a day of having fun and staying home on something like a dvd just get it done and just go along with it good luck :D
think of the beach or hanging with friends... when i get embarrassed or scared i shake and then it more embarrassing.. also just look at one person

dude, I have to do the SAME THING tomorrow! Mine is about earthquakes...
anyways....this is what our teacher told us, she said that eye contact is the most important thing,, but looking at students can sometimes make you nervous...sooo, this is what you do. Pick 4 or 5 people in the class that you know and feel comfortable with, then while your doing your presentation, look at them one by one and do ur thing and when your done it will seem like you've been looking at the whole class and you won't be as nervous.
Or you can look at the wall in the back, look at the tables, or something and it will seem like you're paying attention to the class.
