Not necessarily, u can go even below that.. Suppose u start a business and suffer loses, u do not end where u started but go below that..Same applies to other facts of life... U marry a person and that marriage fails..U can make fresh bid for ur life but what's about those youthful years u lost to that person..So u r not right back to the same position but at much lower than that..
I would hope not. We are working to get ahead. Falling back is not a good sign at all. Working hard to get ahead and making progress is a sign of positivity. Staying in the same place is no progress at all. Going back to where you started is moving backwards.
