What a bunch of wusses are on this time of night. Garlic is lovely, it keeps away the vampires and keeps the skin clean. Brassicas were never intended as human food so I would say BROCCOLI! ('scuse spelling). What a pong it makes afterwards and look how many perverts force-feed their kids it even though it tastes foul and is less nutritious than stinging nettles and about as welcome!
