Well sometimes I feel uncomfortable. It really depends who I'm with. Also, sometimes they can just be gross so you don't want to watch what's going on.
Last year I went to see borat (I don't know if you've see it but if you have then you'll understand), but since it was r-rated I had to go with an adult. The scene with them fighting over the magazine was the most uncomfortable 10 minutes of my life! I was just sitting there with my parents on either side. Ick. : P
