Is 'one step at a time' really the only way to rebuild your life?!

Question: Unless you get lucky.. and win the lotto or something ..... you must take it as it comes!!!
but always try to learn from how you dealt with certain things!!

yea...even though im sort of skipping...

Not necessarily. I've jumped in head first, and it's not so bad really.

thats all you can do one step at a time, if you go to fast you will fall down and go boom

I think it is...the whole journey seems easy at the end...but its the indivitual steps that are hard

Even if you don't realize it you are taking everything in your life as it comes to you, causing it to be one step at a time. I'm not saying you have to follow a "step program" but don't rush into things bc it can be overwhelming.

Praying tends to help the journey come together more smoothly

You can certainly make a complete change all at once. There are people who went back to college, stopped smoking, and began exersizing all at one time. If you rebuild all at once, it may be more difficult to maintain, but it is definitely do-able.

It's really the best way to do anything.

yes it is

This really refers to the fact that it is easier to achieve your goals by dividing them into manageable sub goals. Basically if you always look at the end result only or the big picture it can be scary and overwhelming therefore it is better to divide a process into manageable tasks to achieve the end result. Fear is a very paralyzing feeling and one of the main reasons that stop people from evolving or achieving what they want out of life. Also by dividing and prioritizing small tasks it is easier to achieve lasting long term goals since the process solidifies the end result. At the same time if you have a problem that you need to solve or a situation that you need to have evolve it is easier to plan it, again, in small manageable tasks. Therefore, the reason that people claim this is because it works.

It's the only way to go.Rebuilding your life is really important, and shouldn't be rushed.

no, sometimes a major leap is also required.

i believe so, because taking one giant leap really could be devastating in such an immense change like that. so slowly but surely, taking one step at a time you can rebuild your life and feel confident along the way...

yes, but there are moments when you can "cheat" a bit as well and jump over stages:)
