Fleur de lis is often thought to be the Lily but it actually isn't. It's the Iris. Google for it and you'll know.
One of the respondents said it's the Boy Scouts of America. Well, it's also the nationalistic symbol for Québéc, one of the provinces of Canada. The Fleur de Lis used to be prominently displayed on the French flag before France became a republic. In fact, the Québéc provincial flag which sports the fleur de lis takes its design from the former French flag.
