Yea she does. Shes like 80 years old always drunk laying in the middle of the road. Sometimes I just wanna drive right over her. But thats a no-no. Then on the other side I have the worse kids on the universe. Ahhh think its time to move.

The one neighbor who was disturbing I.E. Washing her interior walls with a garden hose because drug dealers were hiding cocaine in the paint, chasing another neighbor down the street with an ax while yelling that he was stealing her clothes from her clotheline(he wasn't), etc etc etc has move out.... She is now making someone elses life interesting with her crazy antics.....

well true i have some deaf neighbors that live above me and from time to time they leave their water running and floods all into my bathroom. I do not like to be mean but i am so tired of acting like its ok and feeling sorry for them my sh*t keeps gettin ruined
