Well, I play the guitar and I don't use picks,
so I cut my nails every week. And because of my guitar,
I can only paint one hand or the polish shreads off. I paint
them every week! Can't have chipped nailpolish.

I don't cut them...I have a nervous habit and I pick at my nails all the time......and I paint the 1-2 times per week.

I wait until one breaks before I will cut them but I shape them at least once a week. I rarely paint them with color but use a clear coat once every two weeks or so
i paint them 2 a week if not got arcryic nails.. if acrylic every 2 weeks
Once a week for cutting - I change my nail color according to my clothes (can't stand not to match), I wear a lot of open toe shoes so I have to keep the toe nails up and they HAVE to match my fingernails. I do it for me - it makes me feel good.
I cut them probably once a week. I get manicures once every 2 weeks, so I haven't painted my own nails in a long time.
I- being a girl- will answer both instead of just one. I cut my nail about every two to four weeks. It honestly depends on when they break. As for painting my nails, I don't really do it that much. Maybe for a holiday but other than that not very often.
I sorta bite mine sometime but I pick at them more than bite, I always get little hang-nails right in the corner so mine are never long enough to paint.
I'm biter but I haven't bitten them for the past 2 weeks, yay for me!! I only ever paint them during the holidays because our school doesn't allow nail polish.
Paint them now and then, if I'm in the mood, or I let my daughter do it, then I look like I've dipped my hands in paint!
personally..I cut them almost every 10 days..I hate dirty fingernails..so i clean them practically everyday..Cutting your nails will keep them MUCH cleaner,,REALLY long nails can be gross(my opinion).... I hardly ever paint my nails ,,,only when theres a huge event or im just really bored,,about once a month..
if some nails come out of the nail gun funny and i cannot pull it out of the board i only paint my nails when they are on trim no other tome
I never cut my fingernails i file them, I'd say weekly and paint them maybe every other month.
My toe nails (yuk) i cut weekly.
