When I was a child,the habit was worst!! I mean I would really use biting as a nail cutter! Thank God,I've stopped,I know it's disgusting! Now, I only bite it if I think I did something wrong or if I am not sure of something.. =)

I used to bite my nails as a child.......my father scared me by telling me that I wouldn't have fingers if I kept on biting my nail.....I wouldn't say that to my kids.........I grew out of it
