Well the only real life problem I can see with that is medicine placed on cuts, then you should not eat the bandaid.

prolly from the patent office, but you cant call the "band aids" cause that name is already patented.

I wouldn't advertise your idea. Somebody might steal it from you before you get it patented. Just ask where you can get a patent.
