Something similar happened to me, I was looing for the bathroom because my mom had to go and after 5 mins we gave up and asked where the bathroom was, it turned out to be behind a door that says "Employees only"

And when how about when you try to pay and there is nobody in the register and you have to wait for 10 mins for some stupid employee that asks you "Do you need help?" If I'm at the register, with items from your store what does it look like?
