As many people already said, it should be "Ich wei? nicht", that is "I don't know". Many people mistake the German ? ("sharp s", "sz" or & szlig; in HTML) for a capital-B, and "Weib" happens to be an old-fashioned word for "woman" (which is "Frau" in modern German; "Weib" is still in use but meant derogatory).
