I normally find that a large glass of red (wine) goes down well with lunch
the green and yellow ones are the best for the main course, and the red ones if you have desert.
It's best to crush them and snort 'em - no excess calories.
I throw them all into a gumball machine and take whatever comes out. saves money for the next batchalso. it uses quarters. surprise yourself. make sure it is one of the machines where 6 or 7 come out.
