IT is a little to hard, for most women to stuff it, since by nature it's a man's job to do all of the stuffing, he knows how to manipulate it, meal it mouthed it and merin gue it ,you can start by fixing the gravy , white part of the egg you can beat it stiff and mix with some flour or any white liquid stuff, add some, onions dice pieces, red peppers, all purpose seasoning mix them all together and put it in the spread bird, make sure your hands are clean, use both hand if you think you can handle the bird with one just go ahead if not just let the lady cook do the spreading , sprinkle the meat tenderizer, add some rose mary haves,and some ground cumin or comino, you can add the celery sticks and last, just mace it real good and taste it, if it need some more flavor add some more all purpose seasoning, that should do it you can cover , or leave it un cover,and cook on medium heat, you don't want to cook the bird to fast, it could burn and set of your alarm and smoke up your kitchen, them your nosey neighbor will be knocking on your door and spoil ing your wonderful day,enjoy your bird Bon Appetite!?peace out LOL.

To answer your Q, I have never had to wonder about what to stuff it with.
May I therefore suggest fat courgette (zuchini) and a large helping of baby gravy?
