my own make-ing. Banana, triple layer.
you start out with walnut bread mix, for the cake part.
a layer of thin slice ripe banana's between each layer of cake. then a thin layer of cream cheese over the slice banana's.
then on top you put a layer of banana;s,,,,,,,,,,then a thick layer of cream cheese with a butter sugar ice-ing.
this is an all natural cake.
you use a 9in. cake pan........It weighs about 7 to 8 pounds after it is done.
Chocolate cake *drool* , I have never eaten pie (no, I'm not joking) and ... all cookies!
