Question: I'm not sure if you mean a literal ablution or a religious one, but...
Teenagers are going to be told by their parents to do things like wash up, or cleanse oneself of sin (depending on what kind of ablution you mean!). Should teenagers be told by their parents...? Well, sure! That's kind of what parents do, lol.
You should probably try and respect your parents' wishes, or at least talk to them maturely about it. Why knows? Maybe they'll agree you're old enough not to be told.

Yes I think they should be told by their parents.
I think teenagers should decide to get an abortion or not, It would be rude and very cruel for the teens parents to abort their grandchild.
