Afirca and other third world countries will continue to suffer while international superpowers will compete for supreme rule and end up blowing each other up, leaving the whole nporthern hemisphere desolate. The population levels will decrease dramatically and the intelligence levels decrease as well as the third world countries are all thats left. then we'll find another planet like earth and start again all happy
