What would have to be invented to keep you off the Internet?!
Question: not completely, but ages ago it was radio everyone listened to all the time, then telly came out and people listened to that less and watched telly more, now with this tinterweb people watch telly less and type more. So, what weird and wakky invention would lure you away from the web?

Well, I'm not inventing it, so I'll wait for it.
The internet is more than simply an alternative to those things; the range of activities you can do online encompasses being able to listen to radio and watch material made by TV broadcasters. I doubt the internet will be usurped for a while...and when it does, it will just be by a upgraded version, similar to films being released on DVD rather than video.
Bottom line: I don't see anything tearing me away from it.

If I could walk better I would not always be at the computer. My right knee is giving me a hard time so I "rest" it at the computer desk with an ice pack! So I guess a "better knee" would get me out and about and off the 'net more.
