Do you carry a Donor Card?!

Question: I keep meaning to get one and then forgeting

Answers: I keep meaning to get one and then forgeting

Sure do - they are perfectly aware of my wishes.

I've got a baby boy and everytime I look at him, I wonder what I'd do if it was live or death for him. That made it an easy decision for me.

He's only got one kidney.

no i dun carry a donor card with me Report It

  • they won't accept anything I have.....

    No I dont hun x

I used to, but I've forgotten to get one more recently.

    Yes.

You can register online now to be an organ donor.

    http://www.uktransplant.org.uk/ukt/how_t...

I do, yes, if any of my organs can help another person, then that would be great.

no. I tried to change at DMV and they never update that or the weight. The weight thing I am happy about.

My drivers license has the organ donor box checked as well as an organ donor decal on it so no additional card is necessary....

yeah it says, " the carrier of this card doner want you to touch a thing of mine when i die, get away with that scalple".

    yep, always

no, all my organs have been pickled in Stella and curry for to long, soiree, but i do give blood

    Yep.

    xx

No, and here is why. I got one, but I payed close attention to the terms on it, and realised that my body might not be used for transplant patients, but can in fact be used for medical research. While I would love to save the life of another, i wouldnt like to think of my body being used for tests. I know its not a bad thing and those tests can lead to saving lives too, but i dont personally feel comfortable with the idea of it. My family know my wishes, so they can tell the doctors that my organs can be used for transplant only.

I do , hopefully , if the worst was to happen to me I'd like to think I could help someone after my death

I don't carry one but i did join when i got my driving licence does that count. I have told my family i want them to use anything they need to do anything they want with. After all what use is my body for anything else when I'm dead, who knows they might find a cure for some terrible disease just by testing my body.

Yes, just renewed my driving licence and ticked the yes box.

I am in the USA,and have chosen to have the organ donor sticker placed on my driver's license, yes.

Heaven knows I won't need them anymore;-)

Yes, have done since I was 16. My organs are of no use to me when I'm dead and they could help keep someone alive.

Yes i do. I cant see any problem with it, once youre dead youre dead. I'd much rather someone else have my bits and pieces if it can help than let them rot. You can register on line and doesnt take long at all. If we all did this there would certainly be a lot less suffering for some of the really ill people and their families.

Yes and im registered on the donor list xx

Yes, I carry a card and have signed the section on my driving licence as well (I always take my licence when I'm driving)

No, but I've been thinking about getting one.

    PS What happened to Arnold?

Edit: Really? Or did you have enough of people adding "Whatcha talking about Willis?" to their answers?!!lol

    no
