I wouldn't say it hurts my feelings. I just don't understand why sometimes. Especially when it comes to those avatar games. I seem to get a lot and I just don't get it.

LOL... that's pretty funny. Really it doesn't matter to me that much. Sometimes, though, when it's really undeserved, (Like when I get a thumbs down in the Religion section just for saying I believe in God) I get kind of ticked, but it passes quickly.
Annoy me, yes. Hurt my feelings, no. To hurt my feelings I would first have to care for the person harming me....those thumbs down are anonymous....Now... the up ones they are from nice people. I care about nice people and they thrill me with their kindness.
When you first start answering questions and you try hard to help someone and you think it was a good answer, it stings.
But, after that you realize everyone has their own opinion and thoughts about what you write and some do it just to **** with you.
It doesn't bother me at all now ! In fact some I deserve because some of the questions are so STUPID, I answer them in a smart *** way, I can't help it ! LOL

Sometimes it's really a thumbs up. So sometimes I really enjoy getting them. People give them because they disagree with you but that's a good sign with some subjects. I like when I ruffle a few feathers on controversial issues.

It only hurts my feelings when I'm telling the truth and somebody can't handle the truth. Don't rate it if you don't like my opinion, but to try to sway other people with your ignorance is a large part of the problems of this world. If you can't be part of the solution (thumbs up) then try not to be part of the problem (thumbs down). Haven't had my morning cuppa yet.
