Hmm, I wouldn't just because he tried his best. If he did his job (which is cutting your hair) and you just aren't satisfied, just wait for it to grow back and ask someone else to cut it. I think if you told him you were not happy, perhaps your stylist can help you come up with ways to style it differently. Hope everything works out! :)
