I use proper posture and have for years after I had lower back surgery. Proper posture, no back pain.

Slouch real bad .my back aches all the time ,always get told off for it.

I slouch because I have an extra vertebrate in my spine.

I prefer good posture. It's easier on the back. Good Luck!
