Who has tried some good floridian gator tail?!

Question: I haven't tried Floridian gator tail but I have had fried Louisiana gator tail in Lake Charles, LA. Sure was good!! I remember the waitress's name was Cheri Rene DuBoisblanc (pronounced du bwa blah). I had some Texas gator tail fixed as alligator bisque at a restaurant in Kemah, Texas called the Brass Parrot. They served it with a little bit of brandy on top..... now that was good stuff!!!

I think the best of all were the BBQ gator ribs that I had at a little restaurnat called Boonie's (and it was really out in the boonies) between Beaumont, TX and Houston, TX. They were so good that I didn't think I'd ever quit smiling. A neat thing about Boonie's is that it sits right on a bayou and they feed chickens to the gators right outside the window while you are eating. Their specialty is outstanding seafood.
