I did every night when I lived at home. Since I moved out and to another state, it's harder, but everytime I'm home we'll all sit down and have a great meal. I deifnitely miss it!

As many times as my stomach cries for something, however, in bits and small portions and 70% fruits and veggies..5% meat and sweets and 20% cooked or grilled fish and 5% cooked and grilled beef.
Usually its just me and my hubby so we eat in front of the tv every night.
whenever im home at meal time (except breakfast which is WAY to early for me) but everyone else eats in there every meal
