Norbit is nominated. I couldnt believe it. Then I read that it was nominated for makeup. Still, wtf?
I rarely ever see the one that wins - they all sound dumb and are typically rated "R" I haven't seen any of the ones currently nominated and don't plan on seeing them either.
"PG13" are usually bad enough regarding sex, violence, etc.. so we don't see "R" movies.

Dancing with Wolves, definitely but Braveheart....hmmm. share rank 1 of worst ever.
-Annie Hall... I just cannot stand this film and it's beyond my mind why it won the greatest film achievement.
-Chicago... It was a great film with great performances but, winning against a most brilliant, perfect and superb film called "The Pianist"??? Wow, that's wrong, very, very wrong!

Life is Beautiful was such a GREAT movie! I totally thought it was going to win. It had me crying, It was such a beautiful movie! It was the one about the Nazis and WWII.Roberto Benigni the director/writer/actor even got best actor for it. The movie also won Best Foreign Film at the AFI Awards and at the BAFTA Awards Roberto again won Best Actor, and at the César Awards it won Best Foreign Film! Goes to show that anything can happen!?
hmmm..they were all good movies..
Very tough choice ... "Terms of Endearment" comes to mind.
(I had to narrow it down to Best Picture or I'd be here all day).
