Have you ever meditated in a different sitting position besides sitting on the g!

having someone strap you to a leather X works good too!

Sitting, lying down, even walking (just learned that one) Any or all can be effective.

have found that sitting in the " normal cross leg position " is uncomfortable for me because of physical problems. when I meditate I stretch out in a reclining position. any position which is comfortable for a period of time for an individual in my opinion would be better than an uncomfortable one. this way a person would not be concentrating on the pain but upon gaining wisdom and knowledge.

just found out last night 4 drinks does the same thing lol
