Depends on how fast the horse is running ........ Bunny!

Depends on the horse.

not fast enough

hey nice ***

the fastest horse ever recorded was a Thoroughbred at 40 mph I do believe so add a buggy on to it, geeze i dunno maybe 25 miles per hour give or take.

that would depend on whether the horse is walking, trotting or galloping

12 on a good road!

All I know is Doc and Marty couldn't get it up to 77 mph and therefore were not able to see some crazy $hit for quite some time

Idk, but thats cute..wish i had a horse and buggy

3000

About 5 to 7 miles an hours

Not very many. Last summer when I was riding my bike I passed an Amish wagon going in the opposite direction. A short distance behind another Amish man was walking and keeping up with it.

10

Not sure, Let me go ask Laura Ingalls Wilder :D
Edit: Thumbs down? Oh, come on people, have a sense of humor lol.

approxmatily 25 miles per hour.

Probably about 5 - 10 generally as when the first cars came out that's one of the fears people had, that they were driving faster than a horse and buggy or coach.

However a mailcoach could shift along a lot faster, but you wouldn't want to as they had very crude suspensions.

They definitely couldn't run at 20mph normally as the Victorians thought that was the max the human body could withstand. All trains were limited to 20mph for quite a while (when they managed to reach that speed) or the body would implode.

11 seems about right

8-10 unless you're fast-trotting then you could push 12, but a good clip would be 8-10
