i will call in and say'' i have a ton of homework to catch up in and i was asking if i can skip work today.''maybe it will work.
Normally I'd say call work and tell them that you have a ton of homework to do because, in my opinion, it's more important than some $6/hr job. However, probably wont work because most employers seem to think they're more important than school.

homework is obviously important, but how much do you need the money you make from your job. go to work, try to leave early. if not, you will have to pull an all-nighter. then do what you have to do to stay awake in class tomorrow!

Ahahaha, I wanted to do that today. Except I went in.. it wasn't too bad. I'm stuck doing homework all night though. Depending on how much you have. Consider karma please? But then again, at my old job I remember calling in sick every weekend because I didn't want to go. :)
